Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Our goal is to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary due to factors like incomplete payments, address issues, or high demand during peak seasons. In such cases, we'll reach out via email to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Shipping Time:

Our typical shipping times are 7-15 business days for the United States and 10-15 business days for International Countries. Please keep in mind that some factors beyond our control might affect this duration, such as weather conditions, holidays, current product demand, order volume, delivery destination/country, or shipping company errors. Rest assured, we'll do our best to keep you updated using all available information.

Shipping Locations:

We ship to the US, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and many more countries worldwide. If you are unable to check out, we currently do not support shipment to your country for that item.

Taxes and Duties:

Please note that we include standard taxes in our prices, yet our order process doesn't special cover customs taxes or duties imposed by your country. You're responsible for handling these charges, so if you have questions about rates, consult your local customs office. It's important to understand that Riley Ridge can't be held responsible for customs-related delays. The release of your package is entirely in the hands of customs authorities.

Order Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel an order after payment, please contact us at support@lyonn-paris.com, and we'll do our best to assist you. However, we can't guarantee cancellations once orders are forwarded to the warehouse or shipped. If processing or shipment has already occurred, your order is no longer in our hands and is now the shipping companies responsibility. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped and that are currently in transit. Once you receive your order, however, you may initiate a product return if you would like.
